MAJOR GAME ISSUE - ZOS PLEASE READ

Hi all concerned,

It seems that there is a serious issues with character loading - When trying to log into the NA or EU server, EVEN if you are in the correct server, characters are not appearing for many players, there are no friends added etc.

IT IS DEFINITELY THE RIGHT SERVER. This is a SEPARATE SERIOUS ISSUE.

I don't experience the problem myself, but it seems to happen to people currently trying to log in. My stream is full of people experiencing this issues, please come asap and help resolve, as this is a MAJOR issues.

Thanks for the critiscm of trying to help people. It is PC NA and PC EU, zenimax staff are already working on the issue.

Thanks for the critiscm of trying to help people. It is PC NA and PC EU, zenimax staff are already working on the issue.

Could you please tell where did you get the message that zenimax is working on this issue? Thanks for your kind help. I ran into the same problem and I submitted a ticket at support page. But I haven't received any response yet.

I'm on a mac and have the same issue. So it is not only me. Whew. Thought I deleted all my chars in a fit of schizophrenia

I was looking for threads with people having the same issue before contacting support, but I couldn't find any. I submitted my ticket just before finding this thread lol. It's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one having this issue.

Had major issues logging on today and after moving folders from add ons, for like an hour i finally managed to do it.

My bf currently cant log on for the past 2 hours, cus everytime he logs in on the eu server, the trailer comes on and it throws him to char creation, on the NA server.

Alot of other players are experiencing this, what is going on? Seemed to be working better before the temporary fix you implemented yesterday.

The details were provided in my stream, if nobody creates the thread nothing happens. I somebody does, things can happen

I have just had the same problem. After getting the same problem over and over again, I made some videos.
I created a video of trying to log into the EU server, and getting the character screen.

As all my screenshots have been saved to Live instead of LiveEU, I decided to take a look to see if maybe ESO was confused as to where my characters live. I made a video of that login attempt, uploaded to youtube at

So I went back to EU, and made a character, just to see what would happen. Named her Black Chocolate (colour of underwear + what you last ate, if anyone has that invitation on facebook recently.) I thought I could ask when I arrived wherever what server I was on. I got no response, but I had a friend who was online and on teamspeak. I sent a friend request, which he received. I asked him to invite me to the guild.

The result is somewhat interesting. There are now 2x cyberjanet in guild, one called Black Chocolate, online. Another called Althaea Ashfalls, offline.
