Fixed the Medicinal Use passive so it once again improves the duration of consumed potions.
So, Medicinal Use is fixed, but somehow, something still doesn't work : Potions timer are 30% weaker than they used to (36.6 seconds for spell power/weapon damage with 3/3 Medicinal Use instead of 47.5 sec before when everything worked)
They hoped no one would notice the change?
Why does this feel like when Coca Cola came out with New Coke, which was completely horrible, then withdrew it and released Coke Classic, which wasn't the original Coke? All it really ever was, was a way to switch from real sugar to HFCS in order to save money without the majority of their customers ever noticing.

All I know is we could be permanently under the buffs before if using the pots on CD. Now, I (and others) only get major buffs for 36+ sec, instead of 47+ sec, with a 45 sec CD unchanged.

Well, it's not just a tooltip/display bug, I DO have 36 sec buff (as showed in Srendarr, Character sheet active effects display and Weapon Damage and/or Spell Damage display) instead of 47 sec.
So if Med Use was fixed, then they broke the pots.

Like I said in an earlier post, I don't (and other players in my guild) still don't have the whole duration for pots.

Your saying your addon is telling you the potion buff is not lasting longer than 36 seconds? I am telling you it is giving you the wrong information....
The addon I use and my character sheet shows the potion buffs are fixed and lasting for the correct time of 47+ secs...

Yes, my ad on shows the same info than the actual buff on my character sheet - which is not modified by any add ons.
Just tested for the sake of the argument with no add ons : 36 sec of spell power buff.
Y'all are arguing over this but it may be that because you are using different potions you are getting different results - as in perhaps some potions are still broken and some are not.
