Most likely next week, and it will be control of your alliance's 6 home keeps.
Have you been reading my patch notes?! ;) This answer is basically exactly what I was about to say, for both questions.
I wish :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: But despite what people may say, you guys are actually pretty good at sticking to the schedules you've set for yourselves :)

    On when:
To answer your original question, we will be doing a character copy shortly before the Imperial City DLC hits the PTS. We'll be starting with North American megaserver characters, and will do a copy for European megaserver characters about 2 weeks after. We'll also have a few templates available - one high level, and one mid-range.
We aren't currently planning to have a new patch to the PTS next week, but likely the week after that. We'll let you know as soon as we have a solid date in place.

    On ruleset:
We will be testing the "native six" keeps rule on the PTS when we get the next PTS patch up to you all.

Unlikely. We're aiming for mid-week, but as always, we'll let you know as soon as we have a solid date. :)
