I've been unable to install the PTS at all, either. Same issue as OP - patch manifest fail. I've attempted running as Administrator, deleting PTS folder, reinstalling ESO, no effect. Still getting Pat -
Error 302, Error 210, No sound.
This is the worst launch EVER! I tried to install this dumb game for 3 DAYS! First, I downloaded it very slowly to 25%, then it started applying some patch... boom! Error 302. -
