I was just kicked from the game with the PatchManifest download error. Sigh, now it's error 210? I had error 209 for ages, until 2.0.2 fixed that. So with 2.0.3 it's back. -

Exactly the same thing happening to me. Ran the Game consultant and no issues but patcher still giving error message and requiring a "repair" on first open. -

As of right now: the launcher downloaded a small 50-60 MB(iirc) patch, but now is claiming the same error still: cannot download patch manifest and offers "repair". -

Running as admin did not help, its still claiming the same error. However, after I ran repair and verification, I could log into the game after it was over.
