The funny/sad thing about all of this is that performance in Cyrodiil wasn't really any good before Summerset and yet I would kill to only have the crashes to the dashboard back instead of the crashes -

Really? That's ridiculous. The server crashes and scrolls that were captured get reverted to their previous owner. That's a cut-and-dried ZOS problem with the servers. -
