Another week and yet again no sign of that guy.... really ZOS?! I thought you said it was fixed and we'd even get last week's furniture as well, looks like we again get nothing.....

    Yeah, consoles had him last week as well, but PC is missing him second week in a ROW. And they said they fixed it and he'd be on time, like ren hours or so ago. And like they "fixed" Zalsheem in Elsweyr it again doesn't work

    Hes on PC-NA right now. At least for the moment anyway...

    But yeah, Zalsheem is still broken :/

    • Houses: The Erstwhile Sanctuary. Everybody is welcomed! Here is video.
    • Luxury furniture is displayed in Forsaken Stronghold. Decorator default. Not luxury, but similar or close looking items marked with jester banners. Closed until ESO+ will be available again for Russia: without doubled limits there is not enough space.
    • Two years with no ESO+ available. Eternal thanks to people who gifted music boxes, my everlasting ESO passion!

    We are still investigating why the luxury vendor isn't showing up correctly on PC EU; he is currently appearing for some players but not others. If you do not see him on your character, you can try logging out and in again as this will sometimes make him appear.

    Send every player in game on affected servers 1 item each for the trouble through mailbox, it is times like these you should use that feature :wink:

    It looks like Zanil is only present in a few instances on PC-EU. Porting to someone who can see Zanil gives you access to him as well.

    They also said the servers were fixed. They call the racial changes "balance" and even said that people were confused between Bosmers and Khajiits. They said that boss in Elsweyr was fixed and the daily would now register properly... So what did you expect ? Of course it's not fixed.

    What I'm wondering is HOW they can manage to code this poorly. I've never been a coding ace, it was never the focus on my job back when I worked in IT, but I had some basics anyway. The racial "balance" is a design choice, so ok, but such simple things as triggered conditions is what even people who are NOT specialised in coding learn anyway in their first year of training / school.

    Based on a GMT clock on the server, I guess it would be something like this
    IF Day = Saturday AND Time = 0:01 (yep, I'm offeseting it by one minute, to make sure there can be no confusion on a 24 h clock) SET ZanilExistsInTheWorld = TRUE
    IF Day = Monday AND Time = 0:01 SET ZanilExistsInTheWorld = FALSE

    Need to translate the idea in the actual language for the game, but it shouldn't be any more complicated than that. A condition check based on time that sets the visibility of an object on or off. Maybe my conditional check isn't top notch and can be improved. I haven't coded anything in 20 years, and haven't worked in IT for over 10. Still, that would probably work.

    In my case, asked in guild chat somebody who have been in instances with Zanil Theran present, ported to that person and he was there :)

    Yeah, I let people know when I had him there so they could tp on me. It worked for everyone who tped.
