In my view, skins should never hide Vampire completely anyway. If yer Vamp, you should look like a Vamp, simple. So skins should be a hybrid middle ground on a vamp I say.
If I care enough about look over function ill cure my toon..

At the risk of derailing the thread, ESO vamps look mortal when well fed.
On topic: If we could fix the preview bug, that'd help me determine whether or not I buy it.
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

Shouldn't it be the other way around if your a predator. At stage 4, you should look more human to make it easier to get prey, and freshly fed you should look grotesque.
Of course, where white skin is concerned, stage 1 vampires would look more healthy and regular (kinda like a sick person after a blood transfusion) after just eating.
Definitely derailing the thread a little, sorry. And definitely an old argument even unrelated to ESO.

This is a dunmer stage 4 vampire. Actual affect of the skin in the left hand shot, preview in the right hand shot.

Hey there,
Could you post this screenshot on the bug forum? Because if this is true it is not intended to show the wrong preview and needs to be fixed.
Thanks,
Matt

Done
Honestly, I am sick of people complaining about how vampirism looks. You CHOSE to be a vampire....take the good with the bad. You think vampires are ugly in this game? THEN GET CURED. They are nothing NEARLY as hideous as they are in Skyrim. You think vampirism is something that should be all upside and no downside? Its a DISEASE people...a rather disfiguring one at that, get over it or get cured.
It hides the vampirism for me. The preview shows incorrectly on vampire characters, for some reason.
Here's one of my vampires without the skin:
Here's the same character with the skin:
And here's the Crown Store preview:

Wait I can get Mind Shriven Vampire again I'm so happy.
Don't change this like you did the last time I bought a skin.

If there is a bug, we will need to fix it @Koolio. We're currently investigating. Right now, it looks like the issue may be with the Crown Store preview and not the Skin itself.
