So why did it take you 5 and a half hours to tell us this.
You do realize servers went down at 4am her time, right?

its the best time, to make gamers crazy, it isn't possible, to make the f*** patches at night, nope, every Servers need to be patched in normal work time.
and if something happened, they say only sorry, and people who waited to spend their rare free time and money, are the stupid customers, we aren*t important, only our money is important

Morning guys! We're needing to complete some additional backend work (Some of our guys didn't finish their overwatch match) this morning in addition to the patch, which is why maintenance is taking a bit longer (4h) than usual. We're looking at another couple hours of downtime, approximately (To finish all our sandwiches and soda and have a quick digestion, because we don't know at all what we are doing).
At a point, can you stop using this political talking and just be clear? What are you doing ? What does take so long ? Or just stop giving so useless info, that is not constructive...

Just curious, I have been playing this game since beta and I am wishing to know why you wait until the servers are up to release the patch notes. Could you explain this please?
I have been playing MMOs since Ultima Online and quite frankly this is one of the most backward things I have seen. You give us very little to no time at all to prepare for anything due to your "we can't talk about this right now" or "no eta" hush-hush secrecy. It's a bit ridiculous at this point.
It's almost like you want us to be distracted by finally logging into the game after a long downtime; as if to somehow placate us or soften the "Surprise! We just screwed you over!" feeling we often get due to the aforementioned issues surrounding your furtiveness.

Ahh, they broke something and are now frantically trying to fix it.
Devs are probably working their balls off, having a really crappy day right about now, trying frantically to figure out what the problem is (or fix it) while getting interrupted every 5 minutes by 'the management' saying 'How long till its fixed?'..
At some point one of them will shout back 'It'll be a damn sight quicker if you stopped bugging me for status updates every 5 ***ing minutes!!!'

If they really used their developer slang, do you think you could understand? How much would that help?
Seriously, some people are so jobless.
