Just downloaded the game from Steam. Getting Java debug upon trying to start the game.

Hello, I am a returning player (after 1 year) and I just downloaded the game through steam (50+ GB) and when I press "Play" button on steam I get the following error:

"Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working"

My JAVA is updated to the latest version. What is causing this and how do I get rid of it? Redownloading the game is not an option as I have a 400kb/s download speed and it took me nearly 2 whole days to download the game off steam. HELP!

nvd3dum.dll is related to Nvidia Driver errors, so it could be a driver needs to be reinstalled. In some cases, with Nvidia, rolling back to an earlier driver version is the way to go.

Have you tried a Repair of the game? That would not require full download again.

As in repairing through steam? I tried to verify the integrity of the cache and then it just starts redownloading the game... what the hell is the problem here..

GG, it wiped my whole 58 GB of already downloaded content cause apparently all files were screwed? GG I guess this game don't want me back...
