Cannot Access Guild Stores in World/ Guild bank

Anyone know why I cannot access a guild bank or guild store? I've no heat or bounty and I cannot talk to a trader to search for items to buy. I also cannot access my guild bank. As of this morning, it worked. Stupid ass ZOS, wow.

    Have you tried disabling your Awesome Guild Store addon? Or checked to see if there is an update?

    Disabled along with any other add-on that manipulates the trader and bank UI. Still cannot interact with it. @ZOS_JanS @ZOS_KaiSchober

    I have run a repair, I have rebooted, I have done everything I can think of to resolve this on my end, with no luck.

    I need to be able to put bids in today for traders, and I am unable to do so. I have submited ticketS with no response, not even a confirmation email that a ticket was submitted.

    My most recent ticket was 160620-002119

    Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online team! We understand there is some confusion regarding the location of crafting materials with the recent update.
    With the Dark Brotherhood update, all ESO Plus members would have had their crafting materials automatically moved to their new Craft Bag. If you are missing any materials, check your new bag. You can find more information regarding the Craft Bag here.

    If you will refer to my screenshots above, which you can expand upon in the original post in the General Help section, do you also see exactly zero options aside from the ones that are either Goodbye or Bank?

    A weird, thing, but have you pulled up your Guild Window and seen if your still a member of the guilds? My Bank screens looked just like this before I joined a guild. I mean with no options to look at a guild store or a guild bank.

    I wonder if somehow, even if your still listed in the guilds, the game does not think your in a guild.

    So, to that end, I know you tried the obvious Trading and Inventory addons, but have you tried with no addons what so ever to see if the interface gets sorted out. Maybe some other addon is blocking your guild status.

    I can say, at least for me as you can see from the screenshots above, I am in 3 guilds and have zero addons. On different occassions in the last 48 hours, I was promoted to guild leader and still could not access any of these features. Regardless of being in a guild or not, the inability to even be given the option to purchase from a guild trader is affected.

    On the guild checking - can other guild officers see you in the roster?

    The trader thing; I have no clue. I suppose I'd say try a bunch of different ones in different zones, but I'm betting you have don that.

    Any chance you can leave and then rejoin your guilds?

    Yes, Guild Status or not you should be able to access a trader kiosk. I will have to see when I get home if this has happened in my game.

    Thank you, newtinmpls, it is quite frustrating. Yes, I have gone to every zone at this point and tried to talk with every trader, even the ones my guilds have as their world traders. I have left and rejoined one of the guilds and have been promoted and demoted through every rank. I still have the ability to talk in every guild, as usual, but bank access and store access is unavailable.

    Edit: Yes, I am visible and promotable/demotable via the guild rosters.

    Still no response from anyone from ZoS on this matter, either in response to any of my tickets, or on either the General Help forums or here on this thread. How many people must suffer from this issue before it is taken seriously?

    Yes, most people can but there are some of us who can't. I'm guessing that at this time it is effecting a very small percentage of people, though who knows when it will start to grow in issue. One minute I was able to drop a donation and some items in a guild bank, list items.. and then next thing you know, half hour later I went to go buy something and was unable to purchase anything from a guild trader. Like most of the older Beta crowd, I have a personal guild bank, filled with items for research and where I store items I want to sell to free up bank space. I can't access any of that. Though my friend can.. he's in the same guilds as me.

    Well, the person who recieved my ticket, obviously did not read it or did not understand the issue. Here's to hoping a positive and more detailed response will be received well enough for support to not shrug off this issue.

    I hope you've had better luck than I have at getting this issue resolved @Conquistador

    You have been socially muted. Try searching the forums for more information.

    Typical reasons include exploiting, cheating, spamming, earning too much in too short a time etc. Raise a support ticket under the heading of lost access to my account (or similarly worded) telling them you have been muted. You should receive a reply telling you why and you will be unmuted.

    Actually, I wasn't muted since I don't partake in these things. I actually do every single quest on every single character to level. I've never cheated, I don't spam, and or exploit in any form or fashion. This issue is still being investigated, but I do randomly have access to traders and bankers, though not always. At least my assistants still talk to me so it's not as big a deal.

    Actually I was not accusing you of doing any of those things, just pointing out what can lead to a communications mute.
