another bug alchemy cool down enchants do nothing

as the title says the base cool down is 45 seconds and does not change at all when wearing jewellery enchanted with alchemical acceleration.

✭oh right that sucks ive unsubbed and am playing other stuff until they can sort things like this out. was thinking of coming back as i like the change coming with the next update tha lets you trade bop stuff. I wont though until they at least give an answer to one of the many threads on this issue.0
