The scroll combat text is a step in the right direction but it needs refinement.
As it is right now it just splashes numbers to give you an idea what kind of damage you are doing, this isn't enough.
There is no way to differentiate between what abilities caused the damage or what type of damage they are inflecting.
SO here are some suggestions.
- Put the skill icon or skill name beside the damage it delivered.
- Color code the damage types please, like red for flame, white for physical, green for poison, yellow for disease, aqua for frost, blue for magic and maybe purple for shock.. you get the idea.. right now everything is just the same color.
- have an option for having the text persist a bit longer on screen, it's there and then gone in under 1s.
- Clean up the numbers, if i aoe 6 mobs it's a splash of numbers and i can't read ***.. maybe convert this to ABILITY 1234 dmg (x6)
