Missing Horses

I have posted this issue 3 times to the support area and have not gotten the issue repaired. Before the conversion to version 6.1 I had 4 horses in the game now I have lost 2 of them. The Horse for my Vet 5 Character- It was a maxed out horse a Tan Buckskin -Light Horse-named Buck. and I had 2 Common horses. I also had a gated horse. after the conversion I only have 2 horses a gated horse and a common horse. I do not appreciate the loss of my horses. Because I had to buy each of them. You need to return my horses ASAP!!. If your conversion caused others with multiple characters that have mounts to experience the same or similar problems. Then you have displeased customers; As am I. Please correct the issue with my horses. I have correctly checked my in game settings and they are correct. I was a Beta tester and have been playing the game since it was released. I intend to keep playing in the future. I understand that conversions sometimes have glitches for I am a retired software developer with 35 years of experience. I also know having developed software for 35 years that you can correct my issue. or provide in game money to repurchase new horses for the 2 character that are missing mounts after the conversion. I have logged in to each of my six characters and viewed the mounts. checked all in game settings. I had to purchase the missing horses the cost over 60,000 gold. Help!!!

Both your common horses merged into 1 horse. FOR SCIENCE!

But yea, I wouldn't have re-purchased the Buckskin, if it up and disappeared with the conversion, that's ZOS' fault and should be fixed by them. You might have just kicked yourself out of that money by buying a new one.

I agree. In my case I had two different characters that owned a Black Horse. Thats 42k each. Now I only have one. We should of at least been reimbursed the money spent on one of the horses. ZOS should of realized that when they did their conversion.

Below is what I received after contacting Customer Support on my Missing Horses. Prior to 1.6 I had two characters each owning a Black Horse 42k each.

Thank you for taking the time to contact The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Team regarding your missing Black horse after Update 6.

Update 6 introduced the Collection system, which houses your mounts, pets, and costumes in one central location. You have already found out that to access your mount, you can select the Collection menu in your menu bar at the top of your screen. Select the mount tab, then click on the mount that you'd like to ride. Since mounts are now located in the Collection menu and accessible from every character, including Jackel The Assassin and Saigan, we are not able to reimburse you for your second horse.

If you would like to see a change in the game mechanics, all of us at The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited are genuinely interested in your opinion. Please feel free to submit feedback by using the /feedback command in the in-game Chat

Yeah, refile and tell them your light horse disappeared. That one you should be able to get back. The double black horses? That's not happening, because horses went from being individual items to account wide unlocks.

I have a similar problem but a little different. For each of my characters I had 2 horses. I trained one in speed and one in carrying cap. They were the same 2 horses for each toon. For my main it looks like the speed and carry cap were combined...which is good but other it looks like they took the stats of the horse I had currently equipped. For a few of my toons I had just bought a new horse and just started training the second horse so the skills were only increased a few points while the other had far more points invested. But my new single horse appears to only have the increases from the new horse with very few points.
