People should not put up with discrimination, though. Things like racism, sexism etc lead to much more than just "hurt feelings". Of course, harassment in games is only a small part of a big problem, but it doesn't mean that it's not a problem at all.

I have delt with people making fun of me for physical imperfections for over 30 years. I learned a long time ago that the best way to deal with it, was to ignore their commentary...because what they were saying was not true, it was just being said to be hurtful. I stop letting it hurt me and life is better.

I totally disagree when a group of people focus on the female genetalia and make disgusting and graphic comments in a hateful way...you reallynhad to be there to believe it. I've heard a *** of stuff but this was just too much for a game seriously nasty. You dont have to agree with my personal experience ...this is my post and i felt i needed to nake it. Im really here so zos take a stance on this.

Thank you. I agree some people dont have a good start to life but why focus on females and degrade them? It is blatant bullying...if they were being abusive about several topics it would not be as obvious....the gehaviour is vicious and predatory in a sense.

Reporting and blocking was enough, you don't have to make this public.
I do have to make this public....it heeds to stop. I had to be silent and not say anything to stop it even though every part of me wanted to lash out at them....dont you dare make me feel bad about this i didnt do anything wrong.

So in other words, we should blame the victims of harassment for "allowing it to hurt them" instead of harassers? That's not very constructive. Sure, it's not possible to get rid of all evil, but it doesn't mean that we should give up trying and just accept it. Mental health is a real thing, and trying to harm people psychologically is no better than trying to hit them.
Shifting focus from perpetrators to victims only empowers said perpetrators and creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Games are supposed to be fun for everyone participating, they're not here to test your mental strength or something. Harassment is already against ESO rules, the problem is that these rules aren't enforced as often as they should be.

So it’s wrong to inform people of the problem and wrong to try to get the attention of ZOS so they will fix it? Hmmm. Can’t say I agree with you there. It’s important to discuss issues like this so people know what to watch out for and people who have experienced similar things know they aren’t alone.
Edit: Also, you do realize this goes way beyond “being mean” right? Based on OP’s description, this sounds like legit hate speech meant to intimidate and degrade. So yeah, I don’t blame her for being upset.

Perhaps I came on too strongly. All I meant is that there are definitely good reasons to post something like this, and OP is NOT overreacting as this could be extremely upsetting.

Regarding Decon'ing and conflicting reports I skimmed over above.
I raised that deconstructing an item doesnt add to collection book (that was the case in week 1) and I crystal balled that it would simply result in addons for PC users that will auto equip any BOE item that isn't collected and revert gear. A mild inconvenience to PC users but a real head ache for console users.
I don't know if ZOS already had this in the pipeline and it was an oversight or they listened to the feedback, but decon'ing items resulting in an addition to the collection book came in week 2 PTS. I never tested vendoring or destroying. The feedback between week 1 (decon does not) and week 2 (decon now does add to collections) may be the cause of the confusion.
Aw: Harrowstorms are an unfun step backwards: a couple months later
For Harrowstorms, I think they could do with enveloping the battle area in a red-ish windstorm, swirling in a circle. You know, like an actual storm. Tone down or remove the red permeating the entire area and just have it create a circular arena. Better yet, why not have the whole storm actually move, forcing the character to move with it--maybe blocking/making invisible the pillar things we have to attack when they are outside of the storm. That gives priority to a target and helps makes things interesting by constantly being on the move.
Also, as a new Greymoor player, I didn't know what I should be targetting. I don't think it's so obvious. Really, the excessive red confused me on what was actually happening and I do not currently enjoy my time spent in Harrowstorms.
Right now, Harrowstorms are like Dark Anchors but with more things to attack. They need to be more unique than that.

Harrowstorms suck. Cheap one-shots and garbage rewards.
Aw: Why no love for Templar?
The templar is one of the classes with the greatest balance between damage and healing that exists.
Balanced vs what? Naked magnbs?
Both templars are pretty bottom tier for pvp atm.
Last patch they took away a lot of our dmg.
As for healing, LOL.
A sorcerer can put out better healing than Templars. Let's be real here.
