Aw: ESO Gruppenspiel und Fake Tanks/Heiler
Es ist ehrlich gesagt nicht so ganz einfach, aus dem ersten Beitrag herauszulesen, was die eigentliche Aussage dahinter ist. Im Prinzip versuchst Du in der ersten Hälfte, eine Verbindung zwischen planlosen Casualgamern und Fake Tanks herzuleiten, was äußerst fragwürdig ist. Nach meiner Erfahrung sind Fake Tanks oder Fake Healer fast ausschließlich Spieler im mittleren bis hohen CP Bereich, die sehr genau wissen, was sie tun... nämlich die Queue skippen. Planlos mit dem Bogen rumfuchtelnde Legooolasse sehe ich da sehr selten, weil die meist nicht mal den Knopf zum wechseln der Rolle kennen.
Im zweiten Teil wirbst Du dann dafür, Casualgamer nicht in Bereiche des Spiels zu drängen, die sie nicht spielen wollen und schlägst dazu u.a. einen Storymodus für Gruppencontent vor und forderst generell, dass ESO für Casualgamer und Rollenspieler interessanter wird.
Wenn man sich die Menge des Contents betrachtet, für den man ein halbwegs funktionierendes Gruppensetup und die Bereitschaft, Mechaniken zu erlernen benötigt, dann kommen wir auf: Trials, veteran Dungeons, Arenen (DSA/BRP) und vielleicht noch normal DLC Dungeons. Alles andere ist von jeder beliebigen Gruppenzusammensetzung und jedem Skillevel spielbar. Anders ausgedrückt: ESO ist ein durch und durch casualfreundliches Spiel mit ein paar kleinen Inseln für die Spieler, die nach etwas mehr Herausforderung suchen und ihr Spiel optimieren wollen. PvP lasse ich jetzt mal außen vor.
Ich halte es für absolut unnötig, den ohnehin schon einfachen Content nochmals zu vereinfachen und ich halte es auch für kontraproduktiv, die Trennung der von Dir benannten Archetypen von Spielern noch künstlich zu vertiefen, indem man die verschwindend geringen Berührungspunkte (sprich Gruppenfinder) eliminiert. Zumal es jedem Casualgamer offen steht, auf dem Gruppenfinder zu verzichten und mit Gleichgesinnten loszuziehen.

Please make chests/runestones impossible to leave stuff in them, to grab either full pack or nothing
Many players leave cheap loot there and if they will be forced to take everything they will be forced to delete it just like the responsible players do, to provide regeneration of new chest/nodes. Many people just don't know or don't think about it and it's kinda annoying when you deplete those chests and delete things manually and someone does not and finally you lose-lose (wasting time and getting half-empty chests with crap). And proposed feature is just fair. Want stuff - waste a bit time to delete those you don't need - fair deal - regeneration - everyone happy. Right?

My wife went on about how much she loved this outfit for nearly 5 minutes. Different people have different tastes when it comes to style. Just because it shows skin doesn't automatically mean it's designed solely for the evil male gaze. I mean - really - you're suggesting women aren't part of the design team. Unfortunate, really.

There’s a different between multiple communities liking something, and that thing being designed for a particular community. Not that this accomplished it on either front, the thing is ugly and reminds me of middle aged Walmart goers who think they’re rocking the booty shorts.
Some women do, some don't. Both options are valid, as long as it's individual's choice.
But the whole idea that female sexuality only exists to appease men is sexist af. There's plenty of women irl who buy lingerie, do makeup etc because they enjoy it (even if no one gets to see said lingerie). There are even modders like Krista (nsfw link), who actually like the whole armored bikini aesthetic.
Thing is, it's much more complicated then "catering to 12 year old boys". I don't care about this specific outfit, but I hate the notion that women, even digital ones, must be covered no matter what. Female body is not some filthy thing that must be hidden away.
People see women complaining about sexy stuff and seem to think that they're the majority. Plenty of women like characters who show a little skin here and there, but many people still hang on to the notion of "men like it so it's bad." And it's not like the costume is a skimpy bikini or something either. It just shows a little cleavage and leg, but people will complain about anything that isn't a nun outfit.

I'm sorry. This trap has caught out a few people, so clearly zos may want to reflect on this policy, as what you did sounds reasonable.
You were banned because you bought crowns and then cancelled payment, they have an auto-ban process to prevent scammers.

Aw: Please give us back Rapid Maneuver!
Moving Rapid Maneuver behind a PVP grind created an artificial inconvenience. It does not matter if this was the intention or not, the result is plain to see. This change affected a large number of players. A sizable fraction never played PVP, and so even on their main they do not have Rapid Maneuver any longer. It is not unreasonable to think that a sliver of players would rather spend 3000 crowns to at least get Rapids back on their main. There may even be a sliver of players who spend that much per alt to get Rapid Maneuver back on all of them. Whether that was the intention or not cannot be known, but the effects are subject to fair criticism.
But add the timing of the new consumables and it still makes me wonder. Doesn't necessarily mean an absolute conclusion, but there are two major pieces of evidence toward that notion. The "official" non-answer which completely ignored the existence of valid compromises also seemed off. I still don't even know what it means for them to be happy with how this change is performing, does it mean they are happy with how many players are using Vigor? I know they are able to see metrics on virtually everything, right down to how often specific sets get used, so perhaps that includes skill usage. But wouldn't they have been able to see how many players also used Rapid Maneuver before the switch as well and thought maybe a compromise would have been better?
I don't think I have been too harsh in my criticism of ZOS over the change to Rapid Maneuver, however. I mean, the change only resulted in me feeling depressed whenever I played ESO for a bit and it wasn't one I was able to adapt to yet. I still hope I adapt someday but I would rather they commit to a compromise instead.

Aw: Remove pre buffing completely from the game
PVE especially when soloing dungeons prebuffs on certain classes are the only way they are going to survive certain add pulls and boss fights. Take for instance stamblade. I’m prebuffing leeching strikes, mirage, shade and relentless focus and running straight into hell sometimes. I can get blown up if I have to go through all that actively in my rotation.
Mag DK same thing with channel accel, molten armaments and volatile armour. You need to run in buffed up and kill things fast or you are dead on the spot.
The trade being for all those buffs your going in with a smaller rss pool to kill things.
