Completely agree.While we're at it, why are all colors not unlocked? I hate that they're race locked.

Little upset here, I bought the game a second time on steam just to be able to play ESO on my PC or on my Shield in the living room. Also love doing things like crafting on my phone while I watch TV. I bought a Shield just for this option. Pls don't do this

Appearance change tokens need to be removed. Most MMOs let you change your appearance later on for free (or gold) and it's not a good look on ESO that you need to pay actual money for that.
Race and name change tokens I can get behind, although I think they are ovepriced, but mere appearance changing should be made available for free.

How do you know they're wearing light? And so what? You can be tanky or squishy in light or in heavy. Who says a light armour DK isn't wearing Iron Blood or Pariah on their jewelry? Putting heavy armour on yourself doesn't entitle you to immortality, all it gives is a mundus-worth of resistance and a little extra healing.
Your gear and skills as a player might be rubbish, while theirs are good. Who says it's a balance problem?

Reporting and blocking was enough, you don't have to make this public.
Technically, and literally, they did not make much public. Besides, I think it is a good idea to bring this type of pathetic behavior to the forums to get more attention to what Zos needs to do. Really, not much to complain about in the OP.
