People should not put up with discrimination, though. Things like racism, sexism etc lead to much more than just "hurt feelings". Of course, harassment in games is only a small part of a big problem, but it doesn't mean that it's not a problem at all.

I learned a long time ago that the best way to deal with it, was to ignore their commentary...because what they were saying was not true, it was just being said to be hurtful. I totally disagree when a group of people focus on the female genetalia and make disgusting and graphic comments in a hateful way...you reallynhad to be there to believe it. I've heard a *** of stuff but this was just too much for a game seriously nasty. You dont have to agree with my personal experience ...this is my post and i felt i needed to nake it. Im really here so zos take a stance on this.

Wow. I actually cannot believe the comments on here. The people she encountered were using HATE SPEECH. That is completely different than just “saying something mean”. Yes, this is absolutely something to be upset about and yes, cry about if you need to. From what OP said, that was definitely a gendered attack. Admitting that you were upset by this doesn’t make you weak, and I honestly cannot believe people would come on here to imply that you are.
As to what ZOS should do, they should actually punish people who get reported for something like this.

So it’s wrong to inform people of the problem and wrong to try to get the attention of ZOS so they will fix it? Hmmm. Can’t say I agree with you there. It’s important to discuss issues like this so people know what to watch out for and people who have experienced similar things know they aren’t alone.
Edit: Also, you do realize this goes way beyond “being mean” right? Based on OP’s description, this sounds like legit hate speech meant to intimidate and degrade. So yeah, I don’t blame her for being upset.

Weaving will never be removed and it is necessary to keep combat fluently. Also you burn through your ressources a lot faster If you don't weave.

You can experience large amounts of this game, successfully, without weaving. It's not remotely "necessary" to anything outside of top-end content. "If you don't like the Playstyle, why play at all" feels a bit like saying about WoW "if you don't like Raiding, why play at all?"

Never said you couldn't play without it but it is part of the games playstyle and even featured in the beginner tips. All you do is ignoring one of the best unique parts of this game. You can also just Play WoW there you can't weave and do auto attacks.

Most people are against it because they can't master it and as I said it is fine If you stay with casual normal content. Also what would be the purpose of light attacks then? You would never have to use them without weaving.

Plus why even bother to play vet content If you refuse to learn how to be effective and not drag down your group in for example dlc dungeons. You can't master harder achievements anyways, so why not just stay with normal content. This way you don't suffer and other people don't have to solo dps a whole dungeon.

There is always the Tank and Healer role left if you hate weaving and learning your rotation that much.

Hope this game becomes harder and less casual friendly at least in veteran mode.

I didn't spend as much time in this DLC as I have in others.

I really dislike the Blackreach underground section. It's a dark, gloomy maze with high and low areas that are difficult to maneuver. The map isn't very useful in showing clear paths. The only time I spent down there was to complete the parts of the main quest that happened there. For the first time in a DLC, I did not complete all the quests and just avoided the side quests down there because the area is so unpleasant to me. This is also the first time I didn't even bother to unlock all of the wayshires or find all the points of interest in the underground section. I just wanted to spend as little time down there as possible.

Top side was okay, pretty in some areas, but I dislike the harrowstorms and will probably never do another one. If there is another event there next year with the same rewards as this year, I may just skip that daily for the event and just do the other two dailies.

This DLC was rather disappointing for me personally and the one I've spent the least amount of time in and will probably not run any alts through. Hopefully I'll find future DLCs more enjoyable.

edit: To clarify, the point is that hitting practically zero dps is certainly a "put on actual dps gear, and dont be afk 98% of the time" issue.

Honestly, genuinly dont understand what you think you are proving with such parses. I think I have rebutted matters enough in my other comments. But, I mean, Zaan, a set completely and utterly out of reach for the vast majority of average, casual gamers, who are literally the folk were talking about here. Geez.

Why Zaan is out of reach ? Because they do not have dlc ? Or it is hard for them ?

As an example, i think it will not be hard to find some people to farm it for money.

When some one as example say that he looks 2 people for run some vet dlc and pay some money for it - it was very good deal.

And i think that there will be a lot of players who will be happy go there if you give them 50 k - 100 k per run, per character, 20-30 minutes 100 k is a good deal.
They give you all sets from there and will be very happy.

It is not as hard as people say.
