People should not put up with discrimination, though. Things like racism, sexism etc lead to much more than just "hurt feelings". Of course, harassment in games is only a small part of a big problem, but it doesn't mean that it's not a problem at all.

I have delt with people making fun of me for physical imperfections for over 30 years. I learned a long time ago that the best way to deal with it, was to ignore their commentary...because what they were saying was not true, it was just being said to be hurtful. So in other words, we should blame the victims of harassment for "allowing it to hurt them" instead of harassers? That's not very constructive. Sure, it's not possible to get rid of all evil, but it doesn't mean that we should give up trying and just accept it. Mental health is a real thing, and trying to harm people psychologically is no better than trying to hit them.
Shifting focus from perpetrators to victims only empowers said perpetrators and creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Games are supposed to be fun for everyone participating, they're not here to test your mental strength or something. Harassment is already against ESO rules, the problem is that these rules aren't enforced as often as they should be.
It's not about blame. It's about taking responsibility to do what you can do as an individual, and in fact its the embodiment of being constructive. And I never said we should give in to evil, but what you and many others are suggesting is an authoritarian rule that expects everyone to be in a little box. The very action of interaction also dictates that both parties must prepare for results that go against their desire.
Secondly. Actual harassment and what many call harassment are two totally, completely different things.
I get harassed DAILY on these forums and nothing is done about it. I go out of my way to ensure the conversation is on topic and civil, and I am constantly bullied. I know this means I am on point, [snip]

Aw: Unable to change hair color without paying for it?
I'm voting for barber for game gold, even with high prices like 10-30k - let's make it a legit gold sink. However I really don't like idea of using gear dyes because it will be another step to make everything esthetic uglier. We have bright, shiny, pastel colors of mounts, pets nad gear, really don't need add hair to this circus.
In another topic I saw video from Cyrodill beginnings and it was fantastic - dozens of players and mainly brown and grey colors. Maybe it was lacking some color but that was so much better than today with all flashy colors everywhere like in some asian MMO...

Aw: How is DPS this low on CP 500+ toons?
For any long time TES players (or any RPG with intuitive combat), ESO sets them up for failure. I have a lot of guildies that started playing ESO because of Skyrim, but combat in ESO..... makes me smh. Yah, it makes sense now (barely), but even I was confused in the beginning about why I was doing so little dmg (I invested in HP, AND magicka, AND stamina, like any sensible person would).
There's also still confusion about what constitutes DoT, Direct Dmg, etc. so even if you can read English, the tool tips aren't super informative and don't help you decide what to spend CP on. i.e. Endless Hail is considered DoT (and PLEASE correct me if Im wrong! lol), but...I would argue its direct dmg (individual arrows delivering dmg every second for the duration). A poison/bleed ability would unmistakably classify as a DoT, dealing X total dmg over X seconds, as opposed to arrows dealing individual dmg each hit. Its all very unintuitive.
Then there's gear... gear makes way too big of a difference imo, and I find it utter pish posh that gear determines so much dps, as opposed to solely defenses, but I get why... still don't' like it though. There's just too many things that are seemingly backwards, and unless you follow a build, or watch a video explaining things, you are going to be lost. Even knowing what does what, you will still be left to experiment with this or that to find what works for you.
I honestly hate the CP system as it is anyways, as well as resource scaling........ but hey, it is what it is, and at least these recent PTS changes look like they are taking a step in the right direction.
Also, add ons are not a solution, proper tutorials and tool tips are the only way to solve this problem. More UI options would help as well, so that players can actually learn and identify this stuff. So many players start this game and quit because, yes, its that confusing and backwards for most.

Because they don't want to put any effort into learning how to play their role.
I think it's more that many, like myself, don't want to put all their time and effort into it.
I also think it's overwhelming to a lot of players.
Regular dungeons should be tailored for your average player. Leave the vet dungeons for those who enjoy developing their characters for harder content.

You can't blame ZOS for your interaction with some players. You shouldn't buy crowns for in-game currency if you not prepared to be scammed, no way is there a failsafe for something like that instilled in the game. You're basically selling your in-game currency for real money and I'm sure somewhere on the user-agreement it doesn't allow you to make money from Bethesda's code/property.

But I haven't seen that Tamriel Crown Exchange has had that problem at all. They boast an insurance fund for refunding such things, anyway, and they use third-party brokers to conduct the trades.
Either option would be much safer with regard to the integrity of a crown trade than trusting some rando directly.

Proc sets are not a problem.
2 proc sets just can be negated by 1 defensive set. Or purged.
If it is 4 on 1 fight, yes it kills, but why do you think that you must kill 4 people solo ?
1 on 1 player in 2 attack proc sets is always weeker.
And proc sets were always used before patch to, so what is the problem?
I kill people with proc sets more easely.
But they are playable now. They just were useless before. Now they are playable, but it is not win button, 1 on 1 i always kill them.
yeah yeah its balanced lol, when gear does more dmg then abilities and they make its easly proc so boomers can kill people by just smashing the keyboard without thought or need to learn the game, such a joke 1.3k bb

can't wait for new world to come out ,this game went from being good competitive mmorpg and became so bad and boring
this proc meta, block changes that made the game clunky , ultimate cast time they killed pvp already so many people left
and the people who still play just don't have thing else to play for the moment

You ever played BGs? Sheer Venom is very common and very strong in no CP

The mute and report function are both things that exist. Not to discredit your issue or anything, but you can already avoid basically all forms of harrassment yourself.

While it would be nice to be able to buy a package of the base hair colors as we did with hairstyles I think it is pretty clear this is not an oversight as it has been this way for several years. Heck, Zos could even sell additional colors individually and make even more.
