1vX are using very specific builds, designed to buff their defense and survivability. There are sets which drastically increase offensive capabilities, after taking damage for a period, and that is one of the ways they can also deal damage.

The skill use within the build is also vital, these folks are using specific skills, in specific situations, that keep them alive or offer huge burst damage in combination with the sets I eluded to earlier.

Also, speed buffs with line of sight mechanic exploitation. You may think 6 people are doing damage to them the reality is its probably less cos they are line of sighting, dodging, blocking etc.

Frankly I find the 1vX playstyle deeply boring for anything more than a short spell. I also find it quite immersion breaking, cos 1 player running around a stone for 10 mins chassed by 6 or more people who cant kill them, is just silly. But each to their own.

I like to break those up A nice bow gank followed by bow ulti, executed in quick succession, at a point when the 1vXer drops lower on health, as they do periodically before regaining quickly... but you time it right, its good bye 1vXer and its incredibly satisfying

Run, run, run, throw ulti execute combo, run, run, run, trow ulti execute combo, run, run, run... and so on.

All you need is movability, and hig spell-/weapon damage that grants a decent burst and heal. And ofcourse a group of potatoes, preferably low CP PvE players.

Also I see lots of people in chat wanting to buy gold or crowns and think maybe they haven't ever read these stories on the forum or been warned not to do it by friends.

Or maybe because scam is not as widespread in game as some people on forums want everyone to believe? To make everyone use certain discord channel(s) at high fixed price, and get cut from every trade?

Have you bought many times with this practice? Because i would never agree to that as a seller, since crowns equal real money, while gold is "just" an ingame currency.

Since September 2019, it's the only way I buy gifts Most of people agree to gift first. Rarely people don't agree. Few times I could persuade people to make exception and gift me first (I always record my trades, so I encouraged them to do the same; I don't even mind it being streamed in real time) - since then those people are on my friend list for future safe trades as well.

And to the OP and others: there is an official statement from ZOS that selling crowns for gold is a buyers aware market, and they do not intent do step in if someone gets scammed.

That's what scammers would want everyone to believe... Scamming is actually serious violation.

I suspect the designers were blinded by the simple elegance of the idea that the curse makes you more monstrous if you act monstrous. It's a neat and novel concept, but has ramifications that break any sense of actual vampirism.

The end result is that vampires face no negative consequences for abstaining from blood. This might be the only vampire in the history of the concept that doesn't really need to drink blood. Even worse, the skills and passives that make up being 'monstrous' leave you feeling rather weak and inept.

Before the rework, players had no incentive to feed because doing so made you weaker. After the rework, there is still no incentive as feeding still makes you weaker. They turned the lore on it's head while not addressing the root cause of the problem.

An effective rework would have Vampires get stronger when feeding, not weaker.

I didn't spend as much time in this DLC as I have in others.

I really dislike the Blackreach underground section. It's a dark, gloomy maze with high and low areas that are difficult to maneuver. The map isn't very useful in showing clear paths. The only time I spent down there was to complete the parts of the main quest that happened there. For the first time in a DLC, I did not complete all the quests and just avoided the side quests down there because the area is so unpleasant to me. This is also the first time I didn't even bother to unlock all of the wayshires or find all the points of interest in the underground section. I just wanted to spend as little time down there as possible.

Top side was okay, pretty in some areas, but I dislike the harrowstorms and will probably never do another one. If there is another event there next year with the same rewards as this year, I may just skip that daily for the event and just do the other two dailies.

This DLC was rather disappointing for me personally and the one I've spent the least amount of time in and will probably not run any alts through. Hopefully I'll find future DLCs more enjoyable.

Honestly, genuinly dont understand what you think you are proving with such parses. I think I have rebutted matters enough in my other comments. But, I mean, Zaan, a set completely and utterly out of reach for the vast majority of average, casual gamers, who are literally the folk were talking about here. Geez.

Swap zaan out for maw and you will have higher dmg parse
