This is actually a nice demonstration of why so much of what goes on in these forums, is not relevant for the vast majority of the actual ESO player base. These forums are frequented for the most part, by the more experienced, longer term players.
All too often these experienced players forget what it was like to be low CP or no CP, to be inexperienced.3 -

1401-1600The scariest part of my 1406 or so is that I have done almost no group content, and go out of my way to avoid pvp. The reason I have that many cp is that I have 13 characters at the moment that have finished cadwell's gold, and every night I do 17 characters' worth of writs (I also have something like 9 or 10 shadowy suppliers to acquire every day)....so, yeah....
