Why ESO marketing surveys are a waste of time
You may have received an ESO marketing survey in your email at some point and wondered, "Ah, the devs want my feedback - the loyal, valued player that I am!" However, after 10 to 15 minutes of grueling questions like, "please rate your experience playing Elsweyr," you finally reach the end where you might have a chance to reach the devs and voice your own opinion about what ESO needs to do to improve. But do you get that chance? Nooooooo. Thanks for completing the survey, sucker!
