‘Waiting on Agent’

Last patch is worse. I don’t complain much, if at all. Customer service severely lacks. I’m tired of ‘Waiting on Agent’. I’ve been here since day 1. Done venting.

    I am gathering from recent comments that ZOS/Bethesda is not sending out the fast bot response with helpful, but unrelated, suggestions?

    Have you been constantly updating the ticket?

    I've put in many tickets, and never waited more than 48 hours, so I'm rather shocked at this.

    They are experiencing an unusually high demand for support. Given the rampant bugs and server problems, I am not sure if it is all that "unusual", though. I am starting to think that they need to hire support staff in multiples of how many people develop for this game. 10 developers requires 30 support people Something like that. :smile:

    My last, I think... 2 or 3 tickets, dating back as many months (so not all at once :P) never got any response. It's hit or miss.
