This one is not presently in Tamriel.

Could you enlighten us as to the cost please?

    3,500 crowns for the pack

For that price, there had better be a lot of moon sugar cane in it, as that's pretty steep for someone who wants to create a moon sugar plantation.

ETA: not me, but a certain Khajiit who owns MSM.

The two sapphire candlefly furnishings would be 1500 crowns apiece if you just bought them outright in the housing interface.

You can buy the green moon-sugar cluster furnishing for 30 crowns apiece, or the blue moon-sugar row for 70 crowns apiece.
The small and large harvested are 90 and 170 crowns apiece, respectively.

So if you want two candlefly sets the bundle is the most economical way to purchase them, as you get a lot of other things for just 500 more crowns. If you just want the plants, individual furnishings are probably how you want to go about it.

My approach with any bundle is to add up what I'd pay to get the parts I want individually, compare that to the price of the bundle and only buy it if the bundle costs the same or less.

Importantly I only include items I would buy on their own, not everything in the bundle and 'what I would pay' isn't necessarily 'what they're charging'. For example I know a lot of the furnishings in this bundle are probably available in-game either from NPCs or crafted, so I wouldn't include those even though I know they're also sold in the crown store, because I'd never buy them there.

I've not checked this one in detail but generally with the furnishing bundles there's 2-3 items which justify the price, either by being relatively expensive to get on their own or by being exclusive to the pack. Then everything else is essentially just padding. I suspect that's the case here too, with the fire flies being the 'hook'. So basically if you want them it's worth buying, if not then skip it and buy the items you want individually.
