Giving constructive feedback on issues and concerns, and directing it to the proper channels, occasionally helps fix "things."

It's ok to complain, just phrase it in a constructive manner. Devs want feedback on their game

    Yes if it affects PvE.

No if it's a PvP only issue.

Complaints have been used in the past by ZOS to find bugs they were not aware of.

Does complaining fix things? Yes, definitely.
Does complaining fix whatever you're complaining about? No. It's a rare thing.
Does complaining fix everything wrong in the game? Lol no.

You get the idea........ Sigh the logic of listing to complaint to begin with is just mind blowing.

I would think sending bug reports may have a chance at fixing things. At least some of the bigs I reported got fixed by the time I played through that later on an alt...

Complaining about things? Not so much. But it seems to make a lot of people feel better...

A few things that I have complained about have been changed.

BTW, @ZOS_GinaBruno , yesterday I experienced the bug that causes players not to be able to interact with objects after dying from fall damage. I know that I'm beating a dead horse, but this is another issue that was posted as being fixed in patch notes, but still can occur.

Identifying a problem is the first step to solving a problem.
Thus, in a sense, complaints can help fix a problem by bringing attention to it. But things get tricky when they complain over something that is not a problem....

when people come on the forums and complain about a CERTAIN bug/bug's.....i would think that it could be helpful to ZOS , because many people are experiencing the same bug.. and its all in one spot. ... its a hot topic. = helpful

when players are vocal about bugs , .....then they go and fix sheep sounds or something people are not even talking about.....then complaining is not helpful....

saying nothing means you accept what they are offering
saying anything means you care in some degree.
