Load Screens Since New Patch

Anyone else experiencing extremely long load screens on each instance/area you enter?

Every load screen I've hit so far has had a delay into the new instance or area ranging from 1min-5min+... this isn't only in Imperial City that this is happening, but also out in reg world.
