Is there going to be something like half point PTS tweaks re evaluation?

People are providing feedback right now in all forum threads. Is there going to be some point during PTS, like for example after 2 weeks from initial launch. Where all feedback is going to be accumulated, appropriate dev teams will consider which suggestions are reasonable, which are not, they will then change things as they decide and patch PTS with new values?
The obvious change that is going to change during PTS test is the way you can gain access to IC. But im talking about every other change that is being discussed on PTS because a lot have changed.
Or is the PTS constantly adjusted on the fly?
Or there wont be an re evaluation like that, and feedback from players will be collected and processed only when PTS testing will end and any change decided upon player feedback will only go to live server and there wont be chance to test it once again?
