Robust Constitution Clarification

It states in the PTS patch notes that robust is now robust constitution when discussing the change for the Khajiit's racial passives. Now is this robust to robust constitution change just for Khajiits or is it for all races that have the robust passive?

mclegg721✭✭No it doesn't apply to Orcs or Nords, I wrote a post on it. I feel like it's unfair to both. They also buffed Bosmer and Altmer for no reason. yeah Lots of New AD players in the future
