Have you tried logging out for a while and see if the game sets you right when you log back in?

Ouch man.. that sucks. It took them about 14 hours to get back to me on a ticket.. I'm sure they're slammed with all of the new and wonderful issues happening since 1.6. You would think that being completely stuck like that would be more of a priority to them though.. ZOS' customer service leaves something to be desired sometimes, but it's not any worse than Blizzard's.

Sad to say but with the entire AD regular levels being toast right now and some other pretty major issues, your stuck character is not at the top of list I am afraid. They need to move your character and only CS can do that. I am sure they are still buried under the thousands of tickets from the AD they have been getting since release. It's a pain, I get it but if it were me and my character was only lvl 3, I would just delete and start another one if I didn't want to wait on CS.

This was odd because normally if I have a ticket I get an email - this time I got nothing and I know I opened multiple.

yeah I see a problem with your patience. It's the weekend, there are hundreds of thousands of players. Some can't even log into the game.

So you made a fuzz out of this while not actually trying out all the tips half the forums provided ? ^^

Sure the query handling time might have been better, but I've seen lot's of help given from the community .

Also, you could've at least said what method of teleportation worked for you, since ya know, someone might have the exact same problem and knowing how to gtfo could help .
