I have reported this bug for over 2 months now, and I have mentioned it several times before so it could get fixed. But it is still bugged on live and sadly very exploitable and I've seen more and more use it. I'm suprised it's not been hotfixed already.
The Quick Siphon (resto staff morph) bug:
Whenever you cast quick siphon (lasts 20 seconds) on an enemy, all initial heals will heal yourself for 100% more.
Let's say you heal yourself for 750 normally.
Bug: Quick Siphon active on a enemy target will make that heal you for 1500 instead.. (for example, breath of life would self heal a templar for 100% more while quick siphon is cast on target).
For a HoT like Rapid Regen, the first HoT tick will heal for 100% more, while the rest of the ticks will heal like normal (rapid ticks: 200, 100, 100, 100, 100 and so on)
For Entropy, every Entropy absorb will heal for double on every tick while quick siphon is on target (250, 250, 250 absorb heals instead of 125, 125, 125)
There are many other heals in the game affected as well.
The Quick Siphon morph is the only morph that seems to be bugged like this.
Force siphon and spirit siphon does not seem to have the bug that quick siphon does.
I hope this will get fixed once and for all.
