Graphics issue

I have this problem, I used to see the game like in picture one, and still does that way in the menu, but after doing the Hectahame/Moonhenge quests, I get stuck with the graphics of picture two. No matter is it is day or night in game, it always look like that, is quite anoying to my eyes. I have trying to reinstall the game but it doesn't work. How can I see the game as picture one?

✭✭✭I had a similar problem. Got stuck in the "shadow realm" or whatever after doing a couple of those quests in Greenshade. Nothing I tried fixed it, so I just tried to ignore it kept going. The plan was to see what happened if I went ahead and completed the quest chain.
It fixed itself when I happened to be in the area when someone killed the quest NPC. I didn't do anything. I just happened to be chopping wood near that location.

ExeTrooperSoul ShrivenNew pictures, picture 5 is with a new caracther, is the way I should see the game. Picture 4 is how I see the game all the time. Like Glurin said I get stuck in the shadow realm but wasn't enable to go back to "normal view", this happne after I finish this quest chain, killed Prince. I have tried to return there in order to see if anything happens, but acomplished nothing0

Oh it's definitely part of the quest, but the way it behaves is as if a flag doesn't get reset when you finish the parts that alter your view. (There are several times during the chain you are supposed to enter this shadow world by the way.) As far as I can tell, it's supposed to reset after you kill the NPC objective. Sometimes it doesn't and you're stuck with the blue filter on the world.
In my case, I had already killed that particular NPC in that area for the quest. ExeTrooperSoul ShrivenSo, after getting no help whatsoever here and little but not helpful help from e-mail support, the game finally go back to normal!! F I N A L L Y!!! by itself actually, I was farming wood in Greenshade and aproaching Marbruk the game fix itself, don't know why and it is actually weird since I have been before plenty of time in the city after getting this issue0

Skeletun✭✭I have the exact same problem (started today) and it appears to have happened during the same quest line you spoke of. I logged into another character and the colors are normal, but with my main character this problem is persistent. I've /reloadui, relogged and went to a different map with no success. Skeletun✭✭My issue was resolved. I'm posting the response from ZoS in hopes that it can help others.
"We are very sorry that your visuals are stuck in the shadow realm. Let's see what we can do to get this fixed up for you.
Please see if the following steps resolve the issue:
Close the game and the launcher.
Go to C:\Users\[User.Name]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live.
Open the UserSettings.txt file.
Change the line SET COLOR_CORRECTION "1" to SET COLOR_CORRECTION "0".
Save and close the file.
Restart the game.
