Having the same problem as report to marbruk. Important person is not where they should be due to completing a later quest first. abandoning quest doesn't help, and you can not receive the quest again WHAT DO

In the same boat too now. I also have a quest form Greenshade to go talk to Bodring in Drillidan pass, but hes not there.

I have basically given up on the queens quest line due to these bugs. owell i dont do anything out of order now. to risky obviously.

I sent a ticket over a week ago and still no reply. To many other more important things right now i suppose.

i also have the same problem, the quest tells me, to speak to someone in charge, but the npc is not there. i finished the siege part first

I have the same problem for a while now and I find it pretty annoying that there has been two patches but it hasn't been fixed jet. The queen quest line supposed to be a main quest line, it's important therefor they should fix it quicly

I'm currently in cold harbour and this quest did not block my progress through reapers march. Although as you mentioned it should be fixed. Missing npc's are not a good thing. There is a few other quests with the same problem. I linked this thread to the in progress bugs thread. hopefully it gets fixed.

@drizzthu Yeah, I gave up on the queen, at least in the Malabal Tor area ;p Luckily you can continue with quests for the queen in Reaper's March without having them completed in Malabal Tor.
