Ring Of Preservation (Ring of Protection).. ZOS why did you just kill this skill..

As a supportive tank build the absurdity of the cost of this skill, means it will not be getting used by many people, especially tanks.
Lets take a look at how much its costing us:
Currently: My stamina is at 1188, the cost of ring of preservation is 280, thus 23% stam usage. Grants 500 armor, 500 spell resist, and 25% health regen for 20 Seconds. (See Pic Below)
On 1.6: My stamina is at 8753, the cost of ring of preservation is 6248, thus cost over 71% of my stamina to use! Not only has the cost tripled but the ability is severely nerfed. Now only reduces damage by 8% (nerfed armor and spell resist), increases health regen by 20% (nerfed this by 5%), AND now only last 10 seconds, yet cost 3x as much.
Why would this ever make sense? This certainly is no longer for tanks or group supportive builds. Its pretty useless if you ask me. I'm really liking the update except when I see crap like this. Will there ever be a day that our skills are not constantly tampered with?
