Guild Tags: Yes or No

So I know you can belong to up to 5 guilds in the game but aside from wearing a specific guild's tabard, there's really no way to show guild pride.

Would you be for or opposed to the institution of guild tags that would appear beneath people's names when you moused over them or targeted them?

It would look sort of how NPC merchants are distinguished from flavor NPCs.

As long as it's implemented in the way that titles are implemented (ie. there's a drop-down list of your guilds, and you choose which one, if any, to display), then I think this is a good idea. Maybe an option to show your rank in the guild too.

Sure. Aids in advertisement. Promotes guild solidarity. Ease of operation for events, like live guild auctions.

It'll work just like GW2, you can only have 1 guild tag active at a time. But switch back and forth at will.

Going into PvP turns it off. Along with nameplates in general if they're implemented.

While the way this poll is presented is absolutely disgusting (it's actually almost an insult to one's intelligence, seriously) - I do really miss this feature from other games. Why?

Because I'm gaming with my best three mates in ESO just as we game everywhere else and we'd really love to represent and show off our love for each another and our dedication - and it'd really help to, you know, show we actually belong together and form an inseperable unit of wackos and weirdos. We're insane and we enjoy it - and with guild tags you, too, can! See four idiots (yep that's us!) do special dance moves and ritual-summons to make bosses spawn faster! See us do an emote-*** on a city square! Join us for an epic nudity-run through zones and scaring the beep out of unsuspecting victims who suddenly see us fall from bridges or trees right on top of them!

Also it'd be awesome to see just how many folks pick which guild to represent and to see them walk around and be able to more easily memorize those good folks.
