The fact that projectiles sometimes hit through walls and don't obey LOS if LOS was clear when the shot was fired is a problem for ZOS, not you.
Everyone who's spent a significant amount of time in PvP is aware of this and some childish person who is simply upset that you killed him shouldn't bother you with his threats of thousands of reports.
Ask yourself, realistically, would you take time out of your day to report someone if a guy in your guild complained about something dumb like this? No? Then just assume most of his guildies won't either.
Its like this one guy and 3 of his friends sending reports about you while ZOS laughs at them before pressing the delete button.1 -
