Clouding Swarm bug

Sometimes when you use Clouding Swarm (vampire Bat Swarm ultimate's morph with invisibility) on a group of Monsters or NPCs, one or more will reset due to your invisibility. By reset I mean run back to position and restore to full health.

That happens while you're still hitting them and it's not a distance issue from their starting position. I've tested it and sometimes their starting position is 1-2 meters away, so while you're attacking them they just turn away from you and are back to full health while they are still being hit.

I've /bug 'ed it in game. I've only seen one more person mention it on the thread with known 1.2.3 issues, but it's not added on the list. So this thread is to raise awareness and if you've suffered from this before, know that you're not alone.

    I am glad you posted this. It seems more players choose the other morph, so that may be why it has not been posted until recently.

    I would like to re-create it, but not worth the respect.

    Doesn't invisibility make you drop threat?
    Could that be what's happening here, not a bug but a skill actually doing what it's supposed to do? Get you out of trouble and such?

    The other morph is good for PvE but not so much for PvP and not at all useful for a Sorc.

    A little tip for Vamp Sorcs here: If you have a high crit build activate Critical Surge before you enter Clouding Swarm. The AoE attack crits with spell crit, healing you for 65% of the damage caused, so you can heal without Devouring Swarm. All the while staying invisible and untargettable (can only be damaged by AoE)

    That probably is what's happening, but I'd argue you shouldn't be losing threat when you're damaging an opponent. It's not like you'd ignore incoming damage if you can't see where it's coming from as player, so why should that happen to NPCs?
