I am getting broken Alliance war rewards - Items with no visual nor effect

Since path 1.1.2, Cyrodiil has given me these two rewards ...
They have no visual nor effect (Dagger says 12 damage and 0 Frost damage; the Armor is 35 protection) when used, worn, linked in chat or placed in bank and taken back. BUT I did deconstruct them with success!
Nb: I reported the first item in-game.

Also receiving this error on all PvP reward chests on any character/ faction. The chests also just say "equipment" on them now.0 -
