Short freezes are back which setting to change?

darkdivideb16_ESO
As title says I'm getting short freezes in game with the Craglorn patch, used the following from a suggestion back in beta thats been working till now:

Edit your "c:/Users/[windows_user]/My Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/UserSettings.txt" so that the following line:
SET RequestedNumThreads "-1"
reads
SET RequestedNumThreads "0"

However the settings in the user text have now changed, closest matches read:

SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"

I notice the values on these are at -1, not sure which to change or if I should change both, anyone know?

I set both on 0 and no more problems as when I did with the single command before. Too lazy to test all three options out :)

What exactly is that setting for?

Setting it to 0 allows it to run on all cores I think, anyway I changed both to 0 & freezes seem to have stopped, also seem to be crashing less too, tho theres been a couple of hotfixes since I changed, so cant say its down to just the setting.

It probably is the setting, as I hadn't redone it, and the hotfixes didn't stop the freezes.
